ACKNOWLEDGMENT

“Every living creature is called to become what it is meant to be. The caterpillar is meant to become a butterfly; a seed into a full grown herb, bush or tree; and a human baby into mature person who is fully alive, the glory of God.” by St. Irenaeus. This quotation serves as a representation to us. We, student teachers were created to be teachers. It is considered that teaching is the noblest profession. There is no doctor if there’s no teacher; no scientist if there’s no teacher; no engineer if there’s no teacher. It always starts with the teacher whom reflected as second parent in the classroom.

For almost four years studying in Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, we studied different theories, teaching methodologies and our field of specialization in provision as 21st century teachers. We are expecting to situate all our knowledge when were in the field. The assign school will serve as training ground for the student teachers.

We, student teachers: Ronel B. Pasaiz (Physical Science);  Antonette C. Olos (EMT); Mary Grace A. Manalo, Jessa D. De luna (English), Rose Ann L. Alancao (Filipino), Carla P. Flor (Mathematics) are assigned in the most outstanding school in Bicol Region (2014), the Ocampo National High School. We are expecting that we will encounter new things that we didn’t learn from the four corners of the classroom in CDE. As practice teachers we are open to all criticisms and suggestions of our cooperating teachers for us to become effective and efficient teachers. We will be participative in all the activities that the school has. We will be respectful, courteous, and polite to all students, teachers and non-teaching staffs of the said school. And most importantly, we will get acquainted with the cooperating school’s organizational structure, policies, rules and regulations.

In this e portfolio, it serves as evidence that we had made all the requirements during the immersion. Attached here are the parts of the e portfolio like welcome page, reflections, documents, instructions and documentations before,  during and after final demo teaching. This requirement is expected to be submitted by all student teachers when we return to CBSUA.
