UNIVERSAL TICK TACK...

 

                    For every second I spent at Ocampo National High School is a tears of blood that I gave to every student. For every period of time is a matter of survival. For everyday is a great challenge for me because I set in my mind that every day is an opportunity of learning, every student must learn that time is gold that need to treasure for sake of the student to gain learning’s came from teacher’s and student’s interaction., on the first day of my immersion at Ocampo national high school I took pity myself I tend to have self pity cause I think that I can’t able to teach not because I not able too, but because of so many troubles. That magnifies my focus in teaching but instead of having self pity I toke a looked to the student and myself pity was transfer to the students that I handle. Why because they are discriminated in terms of learning there is no equality and justices of learning’s for them cause they are neglected for they are lower sections but, and in every mechanical energy that I invest to the student the effort, the value that I give to them as teacher and friend of them is prize list,, I realize that the role of teacher is to break the ignorance of the students not to down them for who they are.

 

                   “ANG MALUYA PATIBAYON ANG MATIBAY MAS LALONG PATIBAYON” that is my motto in teaching and that is the way of motivating them. The teacher must PUSH the students to the limit, if can’t able  PULL THEM UP just to learn!.. DON’T NEGLECT them. During my practice teaching I've experienced the reality in the field of teaching I saw some responsible teachers and irresponsible, those students who are under the good teachers are  blessed and those who are not are miserable. One of my advisory class is under the negative one and I was shocked  of what they learning its very wrong  have I mercy them, and I said I will give them more time, more effort more value, so they boosted in everyday discussion.

 

“Let the teacher open the door of learning and allow the student to walk in their own way and enter the door.”

I learn in practice teaching that you must be go on the flow of the student why to have sense of humor and catching the attention, focus and interest of the learner, winning mind of the students is vital the teacher must win the heart first build good relationship and motivate them and trigger the mind of student to learn  the  if they bad, you must be a little bit bad to them and jolly but secure that you will inject word of wisdom to them not only knowledge so that you will have an effective teaching and cater to them the good learning that they need. Cause every tick tack is a matter of learning.

 

We absorb the all positive in field of teaching and all the negativities was abandon, I feel confident and Frankly to my mentors maybe because Ocampo National High School is my alma matter, I learned on my own the appropriate technique to strategies the teaching pedagogies  because of reality experience in practice teaching. Though I don’t want to deny that I can’t learned to my cooperating teacher but I’m so bless of my student the concerned that they share to me the cooperation, the collaboration and respect, it’s awesome, I materialize all the effort of mine. Inside the four corner of the ocampo national high school, me myself can’t define if I am a teacher or a student cause every concern of the student is my concerned in terms of learning. Only I found out that every learner we must give the value, motivate them boost them for they will learned, what went wrong none for EVERY THING WORKS TOGETHER FOR GOOD AND PURPOSE.
